Happy Thanksgiving Day Holiday to All of you and your Families

Dear Friend and Neighbor,

On Thursday, we will be gathering with our families and friends in celebration for all that we are thankful for in our lives.  The presence and closeness of our family gatherings clearly demonstrates the basic yearning for freedom and prosperity that has always been at the very core of the American Family and American Spirit.

All in all, Thanksgiving is a singular beautiful American tradition rooted in our history and even deeper in our hearts. 

Thanksgiving provides us with the opportunity to be with the ones we love and thankful for the bounty that God has bestowed upon us and those closest to our hearts.  

Thanksgiving is also a time to act on behalf of the less fortunate in our neighborhoods and communities so that their lives and their families can be as bountiful as our own.

So, as you gather at your tables with your families and dear friends this Thanksgiving Holiday, I ask you to take a moment to share a prayer for those True Heroes of America who are away from their own families – the Men and Women of our Armed Forces.

In your prayers and thoughts, please offer an extra special prayer for those members of our Armed Forces who have been wounded or given the ultimate sacrifice in the protection of our nation, freedoms, and liberties.

To all of you – the wonderful people who call Brookhaven Town their home and have supported the Brookhaven Town Republican Party's candidates at the ballot box year after year  – I want to offer you and your families my personal thanks and wishes for a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving Day Holiday.
